Flaked Corn produce a beer with a mild, less malty flavor and body than an all barley beer. Yellow Corn Flakes also produce a drier, more crisp beer. Use up to 40% as a cereal adjunct in the total mash. A typical beer will use 10 to 20% instead of barley in, for example, a Mexican Cerveza or a Midwest Farmhouse Ale.
