This is a preferred Australian hop. It is a super intense version of the Mosaic hop, having 2 to 3 times the intensity of a tropical fruit salad. Specifically, it has mango and tangerine notes. Galaxy is a great hop for IPAs. Alpha Acid is 13 to 16%
