Corn sugar is used instead of table sugar to add alcohol to almost any fermentation. It is nearly 98% fermentable with little to no aftertaste. It will thin and lighten a beer, bump alcohol up in a wine, or can be used by itself to make a 15 to 20% ABV hard seltzer. Add 8oz per 5 gal before bottling to carbonate beer or wine. Add more to get more alcohol out of your favorite recipe. Does not contain bleach or other harsh chemicals like granulated table sugar does. As a result, there is almost no taste to this product.
