Powdered activated carbon for purification in fermented alcoholic products.

Although can be used at any stage in homebrewing, we recommend using this in the final product to remove harsh flavors from a purchased distillate. Add packet to process up to 5 gal of the product. Shake, do no stir and allow to settle. Apply every 2 to 3 days for up to 1 month and then syphon product from the top of the carbon.
