Gambrinus is the originator of this product. They were the first to perfect the recipe whereby a specific grain is lactic acid treated and kilned to produce a sweet honey flavor that carries in to your favorite recipe of beer. A truly great malt to just have lying around. It is 30L and can give a dark color and slight honey flavor with as little as 1/4 Lb. of grain. Try this in your favorite Belgian or darker beer where a honey background flavor is desirable. Remember that a little goes a long way. Start with 1/4 lb. and increase on subsequent runs.
