Bravo is a light flavored high bittering hop with a candied lime flavor. It is similar to Zeus and other neutral bittering hops in that it has a very high acid and will work as a mainly bittering hop. Use in pilsners, imperial stouts, and IPAs where smooth bittering is required, Alpha Acid is 14 to 17%.
